What kind of manager was your previous boss?

My previous boss was a leader and a man of understanding with good managerial style of seeking opinion from his followers and he treated every staff with mutual respect and showed us the roles of true leadership in the workplace his goals were for every member of his team to grow, develop and achieve organisational goals and objectives while reaching individual career height.
What kind of boss would you love to work with?
I would love to work with a boss who set the pace for others to follow, a boss who would give me the level playing ground to achieve my potentials and also break all limits to go extra mile to achieve set targets for the organisation and myself as well.
